Included in the above prices are:

Full flight planning, which involves assessing the area for the shoot, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and planning the best flight paths to capture the desired footage.
Regular communication with the client to understand specific shot requirements, and the provision of a shoot brief sheet for clients to detail their expectations and objectives.
Uploading all high-resolution content in raw file format via WeTransfer, ensuring clients receive the highest quality images and videos for further use or editing.

We offer professional post-production editing services for both photography and videography, tailored to the client's needs. This includes color correction, cropping, and adding effects to enhance the final output.
Mileage costs are transparently added at £1 per mile for locations more than 50 miles radius from Hertford. This covers the cost of transportation and the time involved in traveling to and from the shoot location.

Given the dependency on weather conditions for drone operations, we maintain a flexible approach to rescheduling shoots affected by adverse weather, such as rain or high winds. We prioritize safety and quality in our shoots, and we work closely with clients to find suitable alternatives if weather conditions are not favorable.
Clients are required to provide comprehensive details of the shoot location, including the exact postcode, to facilitate effective planning and logistics. The proposed date and a detailed brief help us understand the client's vision and prepare accordingly.

Our initial office-based online site survey assesses the feasibility of the shoot by examining the location for any flight restrictions, required permissions, and potential hazards. This survey is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant operation.
For larger filming projects, compliance with our Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) license terms is mandatory, regardless of the drone photography's role in the overall production. This may include a physical site visit to the location for an in-depth assessment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all relevant permissions to physically enter the site are obtained before the shoot. This is crucial for legal and ethical compliance to ensure we are not trespassing or similar. We will take care of all drone-related compliance and permissions.
Our operations always prioritize safety, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations set by aviation authorities to ensure the wellbeing of all parties involved and the general public.
